Finding the place was a mild challenge given this is the first time we have used this service, but once we realized it is marked by the sticker then we checked in and out no problems at all

The Pelican Bike in Valencia was great. We arrived there without our QR code and they were able to assist us with our reservation successfully and greatly.

Everything was perfect. The Radical storage pickup point was closed on Sunday but next door the little store next door did all the service without any problem.

Really pleased to have found out about Radical Storage. The site we used in Figueres worked really well. You have to fit in around shop opening hours around siesta but this is explained when booking with the hours available. Very handy for central Figueres and Dali museum.

Depositing our luggage at the San Cataldo Cafeteria in Taranto, we were wonderfully welcomed and the service was excellent. In the historic center of Taranto a stone's throw from the Cathedral, also open on Sundays and open until 10:30 pm. Highly recommend.

Really impressive service. It's a great location for London Victoria Railway Station or Victoria Coach Station. The front desk of the hotel is staffed at all times. They also ask to take a copy of your photo ID which they check again at the end. I would definitely use again.

This service is very convenient and reliable as I tried it in Seoul, South Korea. We left our luggage at Moneybox Currency Exchange Gangnam, just outside Exit 9 at Gangnam Station. We came a few hours early to pick up our luggage when we came back to Seoul from Jeju and they let us leave our other bags for 2 hours so we can go find lunch before picking up our luggage prior to going to the airport. I will definitely use this service again even in another country. Thank you so much Radical Storage and Moneybox Gangnam! You made travelling easy!

Easy check in and check out. We rushed in and out of Vienna in about 2-1/2hours! A bit of a walk from the Hbf.

It was located almost right in front of Seoul Station, so it was very convenient. The person who helped us was very nice and spoke very good Japanese, so we were able to use the service with peace of mind.
