Easy and convenient drop-off and pick up. The only downfall is that there is no elevator or escalator so you will need to lug your luggage up a flight of stairs. I left my luggage there for a week with no issues.

It was good. I just feel very strange at first, then there is no problem. They are helpful but not talkative.
